We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both sides.
🚫 Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel the booking, please notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp).
📋 Cancellation Charges Apply as Follows:
🟢 15 days or more before trip start date – 90% refund of total package cost
🟡 7 to 14 days before trip start date – 50% refund
🔴 Less than 7 days before trip start date – No refund
⚫ Same-day cancellation / No-show – 100% cancellation charges
🚫 Cancellation of Non-Refundable Services
Some hotel/transport bookings may be non-refundable based on partner policies. These will be mentioned during booking and will not be eligible for refund under any condition.
💰 Refund Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
🔄 Changes to Itinerary
If you request changes (dates, destinations) after confirmation:

💵 Any price difference will be communicated and charged accordingly

In rare cases where we must cancel the booking due to unavoidable reasons (like natural calamity, hotel/transport unavailability), we will offer:
A full refund or
An alternative package/date as per mutual agreement
